On February 20, 2006 I purhchased childrens furniture from Marlo Furniture, the totaling over $1,350.00. The piece of vaninty furniture that was displayed with Bedroom funiture my husband & I asked the sales persn if it came with the rest of the furniture the "sales person & supervisor on duty" assured us it that it did. On 03/11/06 we recieved the furniture with the missing vanity.

We returned to Marlo's 03/14/06 to to speak with a Manager & sales person to pick the missing piece of furniture up, we were told after being given the run around for 45 minutes that the missing vanity was a separate charge & did not come with the furniture. Mind you there were not signs displayed with the pieces to say different nor were there any PLU or SKU's hanging with the pieces to validate the extra cost for the vanity.

Since 03/14/06 we have been going round & round with the Store Manager on honoring this mistake as, of 03/31/06 & 04/05/06 we have spoken to the Store Manager to find out when we may be able to have this missing piece of furniture delivered or to be picked up from the store, the Manager keeps telling us that he has no date when the piece is available for us. We are at our wits end & need to know what kind of recourse or rights we have available to us.
