Complaint Review: Marlo Furniture - Stainsafe

I purchased two overstuffed chairs, ottomans, a love seat and a couch from marlos, spending a grand total of about 4500 dollars there. This is after purchasing the 5 year warranty. The couch began to fall apart at the seams in under 2 years.

I was unable to file the claim right away due to a deployment to Iraq, and now Marlos and Stainsafe are refusing to honor the warranty since I did not report the damage within 4 days. A $900 couch should not fall apart within 2 years, and the warranty is a fraud. I filed with Stainsafe denial disputes to no avail.
