Wow, who could have imagined what a royal pain in the a*s buying furniture from Marlo Furniture could have been. You spend thousands of dollars and once you have the furniture in your house your are out of luck.

I have now been trying for 3 days to cancel my order that only half of the order was delivered. After waiting for hours on hold for the past 3 days, I have yet to get anyone to return my phone calls. No return phone calls from the useless salesman that promised me the world when I purchased the furniture, or the rude and obnoxious customer service department, or the phantom customer service and sales managers that I have left several emails and voice mail messages.

I would like to warn everyone that reads this letter to "Stay Away" from Marlo furniture. I am a real estate agent here in the Northern Virginia area and it will give me great pleasure to inform my past, present, and future clients, as well as fellow agents, family and friends what a giant rip-off Marlo Furniture really is.

Save your time, energy, money and sanity by not doing business with this company. They are the most unprofessional, uncaring, and unreponsive comapny I have ever had the opportunity of dealing with.

If any of you have experienced the Marlo, "We can't deliver for a week" routine, if you even got all your order in a week, La-Z-Boy delivers the next day on any in stock order made by 2:00pm. What a joy!

Good luck to all my fellow Marlo rip-off customers.
