Complaint Review: Marquez Towing

Today I had my vehicle towed from the continential building as well. The courthouse is doing construction on their parking lot so naturally their is no where to park as the parking that was available was full. I was early for court but with the line of people already waiting for a spot I would have been late to my court appearance. I went to park in a dirt lot across from the courthouse which was also full. The next lot is a bail bonds lot which was also full. The continential building had spaces that has a sign cleary marked "parking is for clients only, others will be towed"

Now this building has several business in it. There is no way that every one of those business knew I was not suppose to be there. As for the previous report, there is no signs that say that a permit is required. As far as the previous report, I dont know anything about them being paid off by attorneys but they are obviously watching the parking lot without being called by one of its business.

If the person who wrote the first complaint would provide proof in some way it would be helpful as to his/her allegations of the secretary/attorney they are referring to.

They are preying on people that have to be in court or they face larger fines or worse, jail.
