Complaint Review: Marsha Ann Stone

Marsha Stone bought my business in 2010, made the first 2 payments, and then stopped paying me. She turned around and accused me or ripping her off in the sale of the business. She didn't ask for her money back or try to return the business to me. She just kept the business (full operational) and didn't pay me. We did have a sales agreement and I took her to arbitration. At every opportunity she tried to delay the process and discredit me personally and professionally, even accusing me of fraud. I did prevail in the arbitration case and received a judgment for the full amount she owed me plus attorney's fees and interest. Despite the judgment and her claimed millionaire status, she still refuses to pay me. I have filed liens on her properties and am going after her trusts, corporate entities, back accounts and anything else I can find. If she tries to hide her assets I will make sure she goes to jail for fraud.

I share this information so that others will know that she is an untrustworthy thief and to stay away from working with her.
