The fraudulent company Marshal, Ryan & Associates used an address in Florida that did not exist so the company was traced to Daly City California. We also quickly discovered that the company was not licensed in Florida or California and it Representative, Ben Thomas was an alias foJohn Cage also from Daly City Calafornia. John Cage also uses the alias Jeff Andrews and no income for this company has been reported to the IRS nor is this company associated with any lawyers or a law firm.
We also discovered that John Cage has done this fraud before most recently using the name of Neilson, Young & Associates also with an address in Florida that does not exist. John Cage has contacted consumers claiming to represent several different companies when in fact this was fraud and people have paid money to him being fraud end into think they were clearing up delinquent debts when Hohn Cafe was pocketing the money.
He has solen money like this from people all over the country and also during our investigation we discovered he is a wanted fugitive with active arrest warrants in New Jersey. The New Jersey Sherriff's department number is 856-225-5475. The people John Cage targeted and ripped off were mostly senior citizens. We also discovered a long criminal and arrest record. He was in prison for burglary and theft, has been arrested again for those charges, unemployment fraud, several attacks against his wife and loitering.
