We purchased the 8e6 R3000 Enterprise Filter and Enterprise Reporter as well as Mobile filter units a year ago the problems started right away, rules are not working as it should, system very unstable, and my users are furious of course we expect some issues with any product but after a year of talking to tech support ( their tech support people are far from experts in their product they would often give us wrong resolutions or tell us they will call us back and never do) and opening a record amount of cases I figured its time to move on to another solution. After emailing our account manager for over a week with no response, I emailed him one last time saying that if I dont hear back I will post my story on the web wooops! I got a reply 2 minutes later telling me sorry that he didnt get my emails.. ya sure! But that was it no follow up communication to try to satisfy a customer.

The worst part about this company is not their product sucks or tech support its that they dont care!
