It's been quite a while since I purchased the turning point program, but I saw that others had similar problems so I wanted to report to let other consurmers know about the problem.

I purchased the Turning Point seminar, for $1,499.  (that may not be exact, I could not find my invoice)  I purchased it while at a Robyn Thompson Real Estate seminar in Florida, where Marshall did a presentation.  They presented it as a 100% refund, no matter what.  You didn't have to go to get a refund.  They sent along a set of CD's, but most were defective, and I was not able to get replacesments from them.

Not long after my purchase, I became my mothers only caretaker.  She had a terminal illness that lasted about 4 years.

I notified the company that I wasn't going to be able to go, and would like a refund.   They basically kept avoiding the refund, and kept saying I could come in the future.  I didn't know when that would be, and I really wanted a refund, but no luck.  I tried contacting them a few times through the years, but either the same story, or left voicemail with no return call.   So years later, after she died, I was taking care of another family member, and still not able to go.  I called again, but they said they can't refund this, because it's been too long, but I could still come.  They keep no records, because each time I contacted them, they said they had no knowledge of my payment for this seminar, that they didn't keep track of purchases.  I cannot not find my original receipt now.  I know a lot of years have gone by, but I first tried to get my refund when I had a receipt, and I had verified the refund policy before I purchased, in case there was a problem.

I've been to MANY educational seminars and classes, and never needed a refund, but life changed this time, and it's really hard to just throw that much money away.  There was no empathy or caring.
