Customers have to be very careful when they buy at Marshalls particularly the one at Sawgrass; because if by  mistake you've selected a wrong size item and come back later to exchange it for another size, managers look at you from the top to the bottom and tell you that you have to pay extra if you want to exchange the item, because it's another day. I've been working in retails for years, that's the first time I've heard something like that. A judgemental manager like Dana shouldn't be at Sawgrass where Marshalls has one of its big stores and where thousands of customers walk in and out every day to purchase their goods. Forcing customers to pay extra in order to exchange an item for another (same price and brand just different size) will turn down the reputation of the company.
