For all to know, several of us that deliver food to the needy (Meals on Wheels) today encountered the most arrogant and rude individual from Martel Air Conditioning. His name is Mike and he stated that he
is the boss and owner of the company.

As we were waiting for food at the Ramona Care Facility in El Monte he approached us and told us we had to move immediately as he had a crane being delivered for an air conditioner.

We explained that it would only be 10 minutes and we would be out of his way. He then again told us to move and we repeated what we just told him. Even the helpers from the home tried to explain to him that
we are all volunteers and the elderly needed their food. He stated he didn't care.

About 2 minutes before we were to leave, the crane appeared and he told the driver to pull in behind us, that because we didn't leave when he told us to that we would have to wait an hour before we could get out to deliver food.

The crane operator finally convinced Mike to let us leave to make our deliveries.

If any of you are ever in of AC or heating repairs I would never recommend this company due to lack of compassion for the elderly.
