Complaint Review: Martha B Sanchez

People interested in having this agent represent you or your subdivision, please reconsider. She listed several homes and lots in the Legends of Settendown Creek in northwest Cumming, GA. She built a home for herself in this neighborhood. When she apparently wasn't making the payments and the home was foreclosed on, rather than just move, she completely destroyed the house. When I say destroyed, I mean destroyed. I looked at several foreclosures when I was searching for a home and none of them even came close to having the amount of damage that Martha Sanchez inflicted. She took all the cabinets, the tile floor and backsplash, light fixtures, central heat and air units, ripped off wallpaper, left water running so it overflowed and destroyed the hardwood floors and drywall. She even tore down one of the porches and actually dug up all the landscaping. Because of all this, the home had to be sold for very little. Of course this drastically lowered everyone in the neighborhood's appraisals. These were people she helped bring into the neighborhood. What a slap in the face. She was reported to the licensing board. People looking for a reputable agent: Martha Sanchez is not that agent.
