Martha Stewart By Mail is a Rip-Off. Customer service is the worst ever. It's Not A Good Thing. Internet, Nationwide, USA
I ordered a gift of flowers by the month from the MarathaStewart website. After the first month, the flowers stopped arriving.
I called customer service and was told to wait a week to see if they arrived. When they did not, I called back and was told the same thing. I waited again and they did not arrive. I called a final time and asked to speak to a supervisor.
After asking, they said they would send me a refund. I have not received the refund, but did receive dead flowers.
Besides the above problems, Martha Stewart's customer service were unapologetic and couldn't figure out what to do. No one seemed to have any sense of how to deal with a customer.
