Mr. Kimbler, with his mother, Loria Marie Clark Kimbler who live at the same addresses as Mr. Martin Kimbler, are involved in social security, welfare & insurance scams. Mr. Kimbler steals John Waldeck's social security checks. Mr. Kimbler & Mr. Waldeck owed & operated an under the table business selling goods stolen from the Portsmouth Salvation Army by the officers & family at the Salvation Army from January through April 2003.
Mr. Kimbler is also using, neglecting & abusing his son, Jonathan Clyde Kimbler. Mr. Kimbler uses his son to recieve welfare, SSI & other money but does not apply the money to the care of his son. Mr. Kimbler under reports or subtracts his income & has many "under the table" jobs.
