Felice bernstein shares private medical records,she has done this for many years at Martin Health care System of Stuart Florida.She recently told me she had looked into my records.I don't even live in the same state as this woman.She told me she has a computer expert help her manipulate the Epic system.I'm very upset for her to have my medical records.She is a very sick woman,she is even allowed to dress half naked on martin health care System website.This woman harassed my sister right after she had a stroke.she has all negative reports of her wrong doing erased.the reason for this report is because I'm upset she has my medical records.and for the public to watch out for her.

My client is down in Florida,and he is giving all information to the Prosecutor who contacted him.names,cases, settlements.Also is revisiting the judge in his divorce,as Felice Bernstein had lied to him.she stated in she had nothing,Wich wasn't true at the time.her retirement should have been split.this will show you Felice Bernstein's character.

Felice Bernstein promised in the divorce to give half her retirement to her husband.insteasd she liked to the judge,when her husband wasn't present.she left him with two sick dogs.he husband is in Florida waiting to meet up with friends.they are going to make sure this lying old tramp gets what she deserves.all her lies and her old friends are coming back.she lied to the judge and said she had nothing.its a law law you separate the retirement 50/50/.I have all the HIPPA lawa you broke.i won't stop,you said when I turned 60 I would receive it.you lied,and are going to pay for it.

Felice ruth bernstein committed a crime!if you don't understand the complaint,have someone read it to you!The employees of Martin health care Systems have no right looking at my medical records.I live in a different state,and go to a different hospital.Felice ruth bernstein has a computer expert help her look through files.I have know her for 12 years,and she has been getting medical records for friends and family.martin health care Systems doesn't own my medical records.They are connected through the Epic computer system.it's a federal privacy law that your medical records are kept private.it's a federal crime.
