Martin Pelmore, Aezcredit.com ripoff, fraudulent, abusively persistant looking for their money Atlanta Georgia Las Vegas Nevada
Mr. Pelmore offered services for credit repair that guarantees delivery of repaired reports in 3 weeks. Mr. Pelmore charges $500 for these services, but he offers a payment plan of $250 to get started and then the balance once the reports are received.
When I tried to send the initial $250, I wanted to do it through a secure method, using Western Union or other wiring services online. I was told by all of the online wiring services that no online transaction could be completed for Mr. Pelmore because of previous complaints. At this time, I did not want to do further business with him, but he called me persistantly waiting for his money, explaining that it was a misunderstanding (he gave me his "blah, blah, blah" story), and that I should go to a local Money Gram or WU office to transmit the funds. By the way, when he couldn't reach me on my cell phone, because I was in the middle of speaking to someone, he called my home phone, which I told him not to call because I am hardly there with my work...my kids are answering, and they said he was really pushy asking for me... lucky I happened to be there at that time.
I tried calling him (his voicemail was full and could not leave a message), finally reaching him on or about 12/13/05, at which time, he told me that I should have the updated reports in my hand by the weekend. It is 12/30/05, and I still have not received the reports.
He offers a guarantee, and I want the money I have put down for this "service" returned to me. I have not been able to reach him at his Atlanta number or his Las Vegas number, which I will post as soon as I get my next cell phone bill. When you try to call, it gets banked into his voicemail, which is full most of the time and you cannot leave a message.
