Martini Interiors I am so glad other people are complaining, Yahoo was no help New Hope Pennsylvania

I ordered from this company in August 2005 and never got my merchandise despite repeated calls and emails to them. I sent a complaint to Yahoo shopping and they were absolutely no help even though I filed a claim against them. See email below. They just told me to contact my credit card company. But by the credit card company said that the transaction was too old to do anything about it. I was so relieved to see that other people were taking a stand.

Still no response from merchant. You should bar this merchant from doing business from Yahoo as they are not a good merchant. I want the merchandise or a refund!!!

I made and paid for the order 8/9/05. I have called the merchant repeatedly. I was only about to reach him once and he told me that it would be sent in two weeks. After having left 5 messages over the course of the last 4 months he finally called me back after I left him a message that "he could have at least the courtesy of returning my call". He again told me 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago. Please investigate this on my behalf, I am not satisfied with this merchant and question whether they should continue as a vendor on your site. They have not sent the merchandise that I have already paid for and their customer service terrible.
