Just responding to some of the reports about Kevane and Company.  I purchased a beautiful ornate gold frame from their website.  At first I did not speak to an individual, but only left a message.  I am pleased to say, that the owner returned my call within only fifteen minutes to take my request.  He was so responsible that he even gave me his personal cell phone number to make extra sure that we could communicate efficiently.  I was a little concerned when he could not give me a tracking number for my merchandise but he assured me that the package would go out via FedEx and I would receive it within approximately two to three weeks.  When I read the reports on Ripoff I became even more nervous about whether I would ever receive my merchandise so I called Fed Ex directly to see if they had anything in their system with my address as the 'ship to'.  They were able to confirm that there was 34lb package coming to my home address at the end of the week.  On the day that the package was supposed to arrive, I stayed home and waited patiently for it.  At 4:45p est. there was the Fed Ex truck delivering my huge package that was packed very carefully.  The frame arrived in beautiful condition and it now looks great.  This time, I guess it really did pay to stay positive, believe in the best, and just have a little more faith in people.  My special thanx go out to the owner for being so efficient and attentive to my request.

 I ordered two frames online with this company in 2009. I received them in a reasonable amount of time and was disappointed that one was not the same color of gold it appeared online. I called and the gentleman I spoke with agreed that the gold appeared differently than it did online. I said that by the time I would try to ship the frame back, the cost would be prohibitive. He understood and credited my account for the amount and told me to keep the frame. I thought this was incredibly professional and amazing customer service. I was surprised to see bad reviews/reports on here. I had a wonderful experience with this company!
