Martini Interiors Worldwide fraud, credit card theft, dishonest liar, internet scam, won't return calls or email, unscrupulous New Hope Pennsylvania
I placed an order on October 27th, 2005 for 5 Duracraft planters from this online merchant. My credit card was charged the next day, but I have still not received the merchandise.
I began telephoning and emailing the vendor beginning in November to request information regarding my order.
In total, I have only received 2 responses (via email), on November 18, 2005, and again on January 21, 2006.
On November 18, I was told that the product was scheduled to ship by the 2nd week in December. If this was not satisfactory, I was told that I could cancel my order.
On January 21, I was told that Martini Interiors was having problems with their vendor, and was working to resolve the issue.
On February 2, I sent an email telling Martini Interiors to cancel my order and credit my account for the full amount of $1376.00. My account has still not been credited and I have no merchandise.
For the past 6 weeks, they have refused to answer any of my numerous voicemail messages or email messages.
FYI, I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau on March 4, and found that 34 reports have been filed since January of 2006! Of those 34, reports, only 5 were resolved to the customer's satifaction.
Martini Interiors Worldwide is an Internet scam and is only out to steal your money. Beware!
