I was sent a letter so I decided to see what it meant, so I
called and a salesperson asked me to come in. When I arrived I filled out paperwork for a 96 chrslyer sebring. After doing so
the salesman said it would take a few days to process.

It took a day for him to contact me. When he did I was told I
was approved and to bring my downpayment, proof of address, driver license and proof of insurance in. I took that friday off to get it all done.

When I arrived I gave my money and other information to the salesman. He gave me a bill of sale and informed me that car had to be inspected at this time I have already missed 1 day of work.
I was told my car would be ready the following monday and to pick it up at 4pm.

Monday while at work that morning I recieved a call from the salesman, saying he would call when my car was ready but I had already been released to pick up the car. I went home and waited on this salesman to call he called several times that day with a different reason it wasnt ready. The last time I spoke with him that evening I explained that I was getting upset and I had already missed 2 days of work and couldnt miss anymore.

He then told me he would have the rest of my papers ready to sign.My car would be ready to be picked but the exhaust would need to be fixed. I waited on him to called for about 2hours .
He never showed up,I sat at the dealership for about 3 hours. The used car manager looked at my papers and said it was a false paper it would take 24 hours before I would recieve my money back.

This guy said I was never approved and the salesman took my money and quit. This manager said I wasnt good enough to get a car from them in anyway. He offered me a d**n pepsi,I didnt have my money or a car and was accused of having a false slip. I was very upset caused this scam was ran on me.

I spent money on a downpayment and insurance and missed 3 days of work, this scam has left me very stressed out out of money and no car. The manager made me feel it was my fault someone took advantage of me. I was told they are not responsiable for the actions of this salesman. I feel that they are very d**n responsiable and something should be done about this dealership scandle.

I am very upset and still missing money from the 3 days off as well the cancellation fees for insurance and felling very stressed out about this situation. This car dealership has made me feel like the villan instead of the victim. I was riped off
and falsely accused. What can be done about this situation ?????
