Complaint Review: Marty Hale

Marty Hale, is the self-described CEO of Marty Hale.Com and Perissos Holdings, and numerous other internet cover companies. Both these entities are comprised of one person, Marty Hale, and are based out of Marty Hale’s very small rented house in Austin Texas and both are used as clever cover for Marty Hale’s narcissistic inflated self-promotion on the internet and within the Multi-Level Marketing Industry. Marty Hale is a Con Artist that fraudulently misrepresents to unsuspecting Multi Level Distributors and potential Distributors, Investors and potential Investors on a regular basis. Those that have worked very close to Marty Hale describe him as a young version of Bernie Madoff, very likeable, well spoken, knowledgeable, and a smooth talker, yet a scam artist.

He con’s unsuspecting MLM leaders and new potential distributors into joining companies in the industry by making many false promises and misrepresentations and then doesn’t deliver what he promises. He prevents them from benefiting from all their hard work. Every person we have spoken to called Marty Hale a bully that picks on the very people that built in his various failed MLM businesses. They also believe he will ultimately destroy any MLM person he is involved with as he has sabotaged many people throughout the industry in several different companies. Marty has been in 8 different MLM companies in the past 4 years and his devious, manipulative, and divisive behavior is well known throughout the industry. 

…Marty Hale  is ignorant when it comes to integrity, he even says so himself. See fabricated posts about being CEO of the decade…really…of a one man company? Trump’s Chief Strategy officer…Total BS. Don’t buy into his massive ego and fabricated façade intended to impress and manipulate you. Marty Hale is a very unaccomplished person who uses false internet posts and giant lies to impress and to make himself appear successful. He will pose for photos in front of airplanes if given the chance just to promote a false image that he owns them and is therefore a success. Don’t be conned.

While we don’t have the final number we have evidence that he has scammed at least 50 MLM Distributors,  7 companies,  5 partners and numerous investors. Marty Hale is a con artist and thief and a convicted felon (see Blue Moon or Blue Sky) and should be shut down by the Attorney General or SEC for Fraud. We hope that if you are an investor in any of his MLM scams that you demand for a full refund right away! If you are a Distributor or potential Distributor you should file suit against him and the company he represents, whether class action or not and go find a person to follow with integrity.  Marty Hale is a well known, exceptional liar. If you come in contact with him, protect yourself and your loved ones. run.
