Marty's Custom Roofing The Most Unprofessional Owner I've ever met! Fredericksburg, Virginia
I have recently had the extreme displeasure of dealing with the childish owner of Marty's Custom Roofing... Marty himself. What a ridiculous joke of a business owner. I observed this man screaming and cussing out someone he was doing business with and was completely horrified. As a professional myself I would never talk to another business person in this manner. Marty was cussing and screaming at this person. Really?? What type of person does that to someone? From what I have seen if I had to give someone advice on this business and the owner I would say to STAY AWAY unless you want to take the chance of being verbally assaulted. I would never want this moron on my property in charge of working on my house. If he treats other business professionals in this way who knows how terrible he will treat his customers. I feel sorry for his employees I'm sure he's verbally abusive to them too.
Unless you are wanting to be verbally assaulted by this unprofessional, pathetic, business owner do not call this company and do not trust Marty and Marty's Custom Roofing!!!!

I have used Marty's Custom Roofing not once, but twice now. The workers were nice, the owner was most professional. Both roofs were done on time, and on budget. The clean-up was done perfectly, no nails or tar anywhere. I cannot understand the original consumer's complaint, as I had two excellent experiences with Marty's Custom Roofing.

It's getting pretty bad out there when another roofing company has to stoop so low bashing me and my company. I do have an idea who it is. But they are out of business and what would be the point.
My reputation stands alone,You can see the quality and respect given to me by my past customers on superpages.com and the Better Business Bureau.
I have had to correct an attitude of one of my employees from time to time. When they don't follow my directions to the letter.But thats why all my jobs are done with nocomplaints.Had this report been genuine,wouldn't a signature been posted.
