I Marvella G. applied with Equity Mortgage lending for refinance and a home loan. Marvel builders began the application process and submitted the application to Equity Mortgage Lending.I faxed very important papers over to Equity Mortgage Lending Agent. We communicated over the phone and emailed until the process were complete.
I was approved on December 18th, 2009 the settlement took place December 24, 2009. Before my settlement date the company representative Mark Zeitz from Marvel builders kept calling asking what was going on with the approval. I told Mark Zeitz that we have to wait for the process to finish.
On December 30th, 2009, my phone rang it was Mark Zeitz company representative from Marvel Builders stating that he needed to know the best time to come over Michener Ave. for me to sign some papers. I said what papers! Mark Zeitz replied; for the contract.
