After hearing about this wonderful new diet supplement that was backed by the Shark Tank, Miss Lori Greiner, I decided to try it.  I went to the web site and signed up for the 14 day trial..... "Big Mistake"  I received the products, as they had a add-on at the end of the purchase for another product with claims that it would enhance the first one. " Yes I am a Fool... I know that now".

I never open the product as life just got busy and time passes quickly.. today I was checking my bank account and noticed two charges.  the first one was for 87.17 for the first product, and 82.56 for the Second product.   There was a phone number on the first charge but not on the second.  So I called and after a 10 min wait I got a person on the phone.  I explained that I decided that I didn't want to use their product and that I had not even opened the bottles,  for that matter I didn't even open the packet at all.  Yes busy life get in the way...   the Customer Service Person then informed me that she would take me off the recurring purchase program and cancel my account, BUT there were no REFUNDS....  I tried to reason with her but she was very adamant that no refund would be made.   So I went back to the site and found at the very bottom of the site their "Terms and Conditions" agreement and read thru it.

as with all T&C agreements they have everything covered by slick lawyers and written in so many double negative statements that it is mind bending to say the least.

Refund Policy

1. We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions included shipping and handling charges. Additional refunds are issued at the discretion of the company.

2. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith. 

3. Please be aware that your refund can take up to ten (10) days to process and appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by us, please call Our Customer Service Department.

4.Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

So giving the Bold letter statement in their policy, I called the number again. and spoke with another Customer Service Agent.   Long story Short I was once again told there would be NO REFUND.

what I find interesting is they have labels on their web site of "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed"  It is on one of the many different version of this web site.  some show it and some don't...

I would still like to try to get my money back as this is totally wrong of them, so I will try their process covered under their following policy.  I find it some humorous that they have gone so far as to have a policy that starts with “Instead Of Suing In Court, We Each Agree To Arbitrate Disputes”

Kind of give you the impression they have been here before.
