Complaint Review: Marvin Gardens Store

I placed an order over a month ago for a $190 item, credit card was charged by them, but they don't return my messages (phone and email) as to when the item will be sent, or even IF it will be sent. When I tried to call the business, I was tranferred to a completely different business.

I went to the Better Business Bureau website to look up this business, and fount over a hundred complaints that they charged customers for orders they never shipped.

mailing a copy of your Ripoff Report to your Attorney General immediately. Also mail copies to all of your Local TV News Stations and put it to the attention of: “Investigative Reporter”.

You can also mail copies of your Ripoff Report to Dateline NBC and 60 Minutes in New York. Their addresses are available at this site. Just type in 271771 and they appear in Consumer Comment #1 at Ripoff Report 271771.
