Complaint Review: Marvin Whitfield/Globalssinc

I was contacted by a business associate to assist Marvin with finding a venues for his scheduled events in Los Angeles for All-star week me 2018. After speaking with Marvin I advised him that I he would have to pay a retainer for my services . Marvin explained he wasn't comfortable paying an upfront fee and offered 20% for booking and assistance with Marketing. I explained to Marvin I am full-time hustler and mother of four so my time is valuable and I have non to waste. He assured me he wasn't a "janky promoter" and agreed to keep his word by signing agreement for my services. I connected Marvin to Prime venues and walked him in personally to a nightclub in Hollywood. Even giving him ideas on who to bring and on what night to maximize his income for the weekend. He claimed to have friends like Comedian Joe Tory, D Ray and Bobby Valentino just to name a few. I have never felt the need to go this far with someone but the fact that he is a grown a*s man (same age as my father), and a father himself was disappointing. On top of him giving this fake heartfelt speech on how he was a stand up guy and my time and effort would go in vein. Please be aware of him and be cautious when working with him! He most definitely wasted valuable time that I could have been working on other thing that would support my family.
