I don't have a problem with the product, which were Marvin Integrity Windows, but I had a major problem with the installer, who completely botched the install and destroyed two of the windows. Marvin Windows Customer Service claimed they were going to get it resolved and pay for any damages, but what they actually did was conspire with their feckless dealer to get me to pay for the ruined windows. They even went so far as to attempt to prevent me from ordering my own windows when I stopped playing their game. To quote the the Customer Service rep, "My job is to get our dealer paid." There is a long Ethical Guidelines document on their web site signed by Jake Marvin, but they don't practice it. So, if you buy their products, don't expect their customer service to ever be on your side, and buy all windows products with a thirty-days-to-pay agreement.
