Complaint Review: Marx Paint and Body

We took my wifes 2009 Tahoe to this shop after she had a front wend wreck. The day after we picked the car up. I drove the car to work to verify is was safe. The car died in the middle of the street after a few miles. I got out and examined the front end. Not only was the car now not running but paint on the bumper was already falling off. The hood was not adjusted correctly. I called the shop. The owner came and picked the car up and took it back to the shop. 

He said he misses a hose for the radiator and it was now fixed. We picked the car up and noticed the hood had a 5 inch x 3 inch rough un sanded spot that he said he would fix. We took the car back and left it for another few days. My wife picked it up. A week later the AC went out. She took it to the dealer and the Chevy mechanic said the ac had a leak probably due to the wreck.

That was fixed and the mechanic told us the hood was not properly attached. It currently looks like it is unlocked and sticks up. We called the shop and left messages with no return calls. As of today one month later the front bumper and grill are shipping paint. The bumper has large bubbles in the curves of the plastic. He has still not returned calls. We are going to take legal action and request our insurance compnay who paid for this job seeks remedy as well.
