Placed an order for an item from us, did not like what it was made of, stated it was the wrong size and instead of returning it per our return policy she agreed to, attempted charge back. She lost the first charge back because she did not return the item per our policy, so she filed another charge back. She is now in possession of the item and her money back. This is outright fraud and theft. Appropriate reports will be filed. Do not trust this person!
