This company does look just like Caregiverlist.com.

This explains a lot.  They don't know anything about senior care so how would they know how to help you - I got the call center guy to tell me that they just hired them and he has no idea where they operate out of- their fax number is the exact same as the fax number for the other scam sites of Randy Goldberg but they have a Canada P.O. Box for the website.

My family called them but right away some red flags went up.  They previously had Caregiverlist's logo on their website and logos for associations in senior care but when we followed up with Care.com they told us that this company has no relationship with Caregiverlist and was told to take down the trademarked logo and the memberships for associations which they are not a member of.

A good rule of thumb is to make sure any website you are interacting with lists actual names and addresses and phone numbers (which are not just a toll free number to a call center) and has relationships with credible experts and media mentions.

In addition, we were told by another website that this company has not paid their advertising bill and never answers phone calls.

It is important to protect seniors and publicize websites who are misrepresenting themselves.
