Complaint Review: Mary Dwyer Ellen Clarke Tara Dwyer

Mary Dwyer, Ellen Clarke, Tara Dwyer all rented a house from us. They stopped paying rent, any bills etc. The Tenant's Board found against them and ordered them to pay $6,000 in damages THEY NEVER PAID!

This was two years ago and we have not seen or heard from them since. They have not paid several months rent that they still owe, in addition to hundreds of dollars in water bills etc. which WE have now had to pay as it is added to the property taxes. We are still receiving collection notices from various companies for these THIEVES.

DO NOT RENT OR LEND MONEY TO ETC. these three women, I have had a collection company look for them and there is no trace, multiple collection notices come to the house every month as they still use this address for their schemes.

CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!
