Complaint Review: Mary Grellner

First, the tech, MARC, was very polite and very informative and helpful.  All the problems were not his fault.  I was TRAC FONE.

He had to call them each time and they would keep transferring him to someone else, or they would cut him off!  SO AGGRAVATING.  

Then they had to send a new SIM card, which turned out to be the wrong thing, and it wouldn't work in my phone.....so,  after wasting around

four hours total, I just gave up and bought a new phone (and had to change my phone number) and some more minutes!!!

I was SO upset, I almost cried.  Will never, never, buy another Trac Fone or expect to get help from this service.

I have been a patron of Wal Mart in Wentzville since the store opened and never, never had an experience like this.

The manager there, Phil Fanara, should definitely check into their service, and give that guy, Marc, a raise!!!
