Mary Jane Elliott, PC Low predator attorney suing me for a credit card I have never had Novi Michigan
I too am being sued by Mary Jane Elliott for a credit card debt which I never had. I have been asking for verification of this debt for two months and then they sent me a summons and complaint. Now I have to go to court. I think enough is enough. We ought to start a class action suit. If you have been ripped off by this scam artist please contact me.

This woman doesn't care who she goes after nor does she abide by the law, she is in the business of trying to profit from alleged debts that she buys from creditors.
