Complaint Review: mary jane m elliott p.c.

i was contacted and forced to make arrangements for a debt that i sure was cancelled in a bankruptcy case that was discharged in 2001. they would not send or give the debt name. so i could look up the informatiion for myself. otheriwse they  would continue to go after my wages and bamk account.

there should be a way to stop being forced and case filed against consumers. 

i want a way to get get my money back if this is illegal practices.
