Complaint Review: Mary Kane

Mary Fallon grew up on 4 Lynch Street Peabody MA + attended the very poorly rated Lynn Hospital School of Nursing which was closed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She barely passed her nursing courses + had to retake the nursing examination to become an RN. She has lied about her professional nursing experience + is not truthful about her lack of continuous clinical experience at well respected major teaching hospitals. Mary Fallon of Peabody married Ricky Burke, an electrician from Lynn MA. At their wedding- she was seen drinking vodka while she was pregnant. Drinking while pregnant is a serious risk for the unborn baby. Right after her 1st daughter was born = she became pregnant again + continued to party. Her 2 daughters deserved a much better mother than Mary (Fallon) Burke. Mary Fallon Burke divorced + remarried another electrician with a shady background - Michael Kane. Michael Kane did not pass a criminal background check to work at Seabrook Station Nuclear Power Plant. When her dying mother was hospitalized + terminally ill = Mary (Fallon) Kane stole funds + her mother's car. The attorney for her mother estate was Gary Sackrider + he wrote to her stating she was going to be charged with Grand larceny if she didn't return the missing funds and car to her mother's estate. She had no choice to avoid being prosecuted After her mother Irene C. Hunter passed, Mary Kane isolated her elderly widowed stepfather Donald Swett Hunter. 'Grampy' had been experiencing severe dementia for several years + Irene C. Hunter was his primary caregiver. After Grampy was widowed, Mary Kane refused to allow her older brother Joe + his family to visit 'Grampy' + large sums of money went missing from his multiple bank accounts. Unfortunately the extended family refused to advocate for the protection of Grampy as a vulnerable widowed senior with dementia. A $250,000.00 life insurance policy issued by John Hancock has never been accounted for. After Mary Kane isolated Grampy from her older brother + his family, she remained close to her other brother John Fallon of Hamilton MA. Read the article on Rip Off Report published about Fallons Auto. Donald Swett Hunter had advanced dementia + was placed in long term residential care within the 5 year 'lookback window" for Medicaid. This means Mary Kane + her brother John Fallon can be investigated for MEDICAID FRAUD. Even years after the death of Donald Swett Hunter = the missing funds can be traced back to the exact bank accounts f Donald Swett Hunter before he was widowed THEN to where the large sums of money went. Gramps will was CHANGED 4 months AFTER he was widowed + his signature was noticeable changed from earlier in his life pre dementia... The federal Medicaid look back window for Donald Swett Hunter can prove who committed elder fraud against a truly sweet man + beloved grand father. It's about time Mary Kane + John Fallon are investigated. Time will tell if anyone else profited from elder fraud against Donald Swett Hunter... stay tuned!
