We have been trying to get our FCI paperwork for our English Bulldog since June 2005. In December 2006 we received what we thought was the paperwork we had been looking for. After making a post on Ripoff.com that the paperwork was finally received, we realized that it was not the correct paperwork.
We received the pedigree papers for a litter mate of our dog. We contacted Mary Maczko to let you know what had happened. She told us to mail them back to her. We decided that since it had taken so long to receive ANYTHING that we wanted to hand deliver the papers. We did this. She told us that she would try to fix the error.
She then contacted us and told us that the original breeder would not work with her to get the correct paperwork and that we could get another puppy or she would pay for our dog to be UKC certified. The catch with the new puppy is that we would have to give back the dog that we have had for 2 years! He is a member of our family and we do not want to get rid of him. The problem with the UKC paperwork is that the value of UKC is not as good. We paid for a English Bulldog puppy that could be AKC registered and that is what we want.
We have spent in excess of $2700 on this dog and just want what we originally paid for. I have been in contact with others that are in the same situation by this same breeder. Let's all come together and get the legal ball rolling. 843-661-2635 I have also been in contact with South Carolina Law Enforcement, Internet Crime Fraud, the attorney general's office, AKC, UKC (to stop future scams) and South Carolina Consumer Affairs internet division. I and others like me will not stop until this wrong-doing has been righted and we have the promised paperwork in hand!

Here is another link to where the ones of us can file a federal complaint. Since Mary has sold animals across the SC state line we can file federal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission. Go to: ftc.gov
Since we spent so much money on our dogs, they are considered an investment when you are filling out the report. I was told that once the feds get involved they will be able to put criminal charges against the ones we are complaining about since she has sold nationwide. Everybody band together and let's put an end to this foolishness. Submit, submit submit. I have filed complaints with so many agencies...eventually our complaints will be resolved!

English bulldog registration paperwork no good - ask AKC 919 816 3732 Shelia. per AKC 'Mary Maczko knews extactly what she is doing - AKC has other dog buyers of Mary Maczko still waiting to get the paperwork straightened out'
Meanwhile puppycity com has listing where Mary Maczko is selling Russia dog (I got a copy of this ad in my file). I want the paperwork from Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler that was suppose to be with our English bulldog when it was sold as it was adveriste on their website. Both Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler make good money - we want what we purchased "An English bulldog FCI AKC registered"
If Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler can not produce paperwork for AKC - then we are moving to next step. AKC will be involved. And A civil law as I will keep searching and adding to the list of other victums of Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler scam - fraud - get rich quick money scheme.
Holley family from Newark New York will not be a victim - search me and find - I am looking for other victims.
Please contact AKC if your paperwork is not valid - write letter of complaint - you are not alone - there is others, like the Holley's in newark 315331518.
