Complaint Review: Mary Peck - Bootlegger's Bluff

Oh the Drama!!!! I would encourage anyone at this time to study the Bootlegger's Bluff website very carefully. Should these signs appear on another site under another name....before you order make certain that you know for a fact where they are located. If it's Iowa-stay away!!!! Quite frankly, I don't care less if the site is being run by Sponge Bob Square Pants-this business (or sham of a business) has a history of stealing money from innocent people and not refunding the money or delivering the goods! This new owner (if in fact there is any truth to it at all) claims that it has nothing to do with her. WRONG!!!!!!!!! When you take on a business-you take the good and the bad-you take it's assets & it's liabilities, it's credibility and it's questionable reputation-all if it NOW becomes your problem & responsibilities associated with it. Maybe you should ask Washington for a Big Bail OUT! There is toxicity associated with this business. I am a business woman and have been for many years. Allow me to inject a thought. The owner incurred quite a bit of debt...if it is not considered debt because she owes customers refunds then clearly this is theft! You have been found guilty by simple association. Now, having said this-you have an option, either take the hits as they come in and they will or you can rise up as the (supposed new owner) and right a wrong in a professional attempt to redeem yourself. If you have any questions regarding the content of this feel free to contact any consumer rights group or the Attorney General's Office there in IOWA. Pay attention, when the larger banking institutions in this country purchased the smaller banks they also incurred the smaller banks debts. You got the whole enchilada! First rule of business-The customer is ALWAYS right!
