Gameroom was an enclosed garage with a pool table the size of a bumper pool table. Advertised game cube is disconnected and had no games nor instructions.

The gas grill was flimsy, did not have any propane, and had residue of charcoal in bottom.

We arrived at 4 p.m. on a Saturday and were unable to reach the property management company. We had only 4 forks, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a broken queen size bed, a broken bar stool, 3 broken lamps, broken fence leading to pool, directions that did not work for the spa, and vultures in the front yard due to excess trash.

The property management company did arrive on Monday after we placed our fourth call. We had to dedicate a day to get lighting, utensils and to get the internet to work as it was a secure connection with no password available.

We paid thru PayPal and were able to recover one day's rental for the time wasted. The property, however, was not as described.

I am the owner of the house, and I also help my friends to manage their houses in Disney Florida. All the houses I own and manage are newer pool villas (
We take good care of our houses by cleaning and maintaining before, during, and after guests stay. However, since it is rental home, sometime issues do occur, from mis-use of the pool/spa to broken light bulbs. We do our best to fix them as soon as possible. Most guests are very understading and appreciative. It is hard to get 100% satisfactory rate, but we are very close. You can check to see what our guests say about us at:
