BULLYING TACTICS AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES DONE BY THE OWNER

MARYANNE SAWOSKI AND STAFF OF CONTINUITY HOME CARE NURSES AT 12722 Riverside Dr. North Hollywood. Ca.This is a complaint regarding the UNETHICAL AND BULLYING TACTICS done by  the owner MARYANNE SAWOSKI who resorts to bullying tactics that include  SLANDER, DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER, FALSE ACCUSATIONS, LIES, SPYING,  GOSSIPING, INTIMIDATION, HARASSMENT, THREATS, CONDESCENDING, to name a  few.The owner likes to remind constantly that she is the owner and that any  employee who works for her should be grateful that she is giving you a  chance to work for her company and never lets you forget that she is the  owner by saying

THIS IS MY BUSINESS,She also encourages her staff to perform unethical business conduct that  includes spying, gossiping, making up false stories such as stealing  files, using false equipment among others, , and slander .Among her staff that she praises to do this type of unethical business practices include :

MARILOU LOCKWOOD, DORIS FRANKLIN, BELINDA ISKOWITZ, LILY ALONSO,

RICK DYBAS, VIOLETA ( CELY ) CRUZ, MARTY COLE, AND LYDIA JAP BUNANG RN,  and LINDA GINSBURG RN These people are most unprofessional in business  conduct and slanderize and fabricate stories and lies and spy on others  as part of their job at CONTINUITY HOME CARE NURSES and allegiance to  MARYANNE SAWOSKI RN, owner of CONTINUITY HOME CARE NURSES. in order to  keep thier jobs and participating in unethical business and  unprofessional conduct.The atmosphere of the office is chaotic and disorganized and files and  documentation is always misfiled or misplaced and not conducive to a  good working environment because the majority of the time the employees  are gossiping, fabricating stories and making false allegations and then  reporting to Maryanne Sawoski and should be working and minding their  own business.

The owner prides herself in being in business for 20 years now but at  the expense of whom with all the bullying and unethical business  practices done over the years?, Is that how her business has survived?

With this type of bullying and unethical business practices? BULLYING  AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES DONE BY CONTINUITY HOME CARE NURSES-  NURSES DONT APPLY!!!

I am reposting this from another board.  I worked for Maryanne at CCHN many years ago and left because of her harssment and bullying.  She shouts, screams, intimidates, abuses her employees, lies, defames character and such.  I did some talking to other agencies and found out that before founding CCHN, she was fired from another agency where she had been the Director of Nurses because she was harassing and bullying employees there too.   She in a lying incompetent c**t to be quite honest.  She also will not hire black nurses.   I know because I am  the one who gave the tests to the nurses seeking employment and she told me she will not hire them.  I wish she would be sued and closed down.  She is completely mental and in my opinion has borderline personality disorder. 

I strongly suggest anyone reading this to avoid doing business with her and if you have grounds for a lawsuit then PLEASE sue her.  She needs to be stopped.  Owning an agency does not give one carte blanche to spy on employees, listening in to their phone conversations.  She is so mental she tried to push her way into a lunch date I had with a rep from vendor we used because she was afraid we would discuss her agency's business in the course of our date!   I had to put the Kaibosh on that and she went totally nuts on me.  Screaming and very violent, throwing them around her desk and onto the floor in an attempt to intimidate me.  I quit on her after that and walked out.  PLEASE do not have anything do wit her - there is a special place in hell (or the psychiatric ward) for nutbags like her.  No wonder she could never find a husband...no one can stand her once they really know her.

I worked for this horrid person in the past and the things I have read about her are 100% accurate.

In addtion to be nasty, overly-aggressive, abusive, mouthy, a liar, a gossip, a s**t-stirrer, she is also very prejudice against blacks and tries not to hire black nurses.

In her past, she was Director of Nurses at another agency before founding CCHN and was terminated for harassing employees.  Too bad she never learned her lesson.

Most people reading this report would get that the person posting this is a disgruntled employee who doesn't seem to have a firm grip on reality.  The comments posted are false allegations about my character, profile, history and do not represent any facts about our company or the services provided.  It is a rampage of anger/hatred from a person who is obviously not employed with us and for good reason.  I run a multicultural business with all races and pride myself on diversity. Any other comments are coming from a deep seated hatred which have nothing to do with the work we do for patients and the business is proud of or what we stand for.  Our company is one of the top home health care agencies in the San Fernando Valley and we have many field staff that are happily employed with us (over 150+).  I feel sorry for anyone who needs to stoop to this low level posting instead of spending time with more positive activities. Good luck finding a better job than we provided and I wish you success in the future.
