On July 21, 2011, I entered into a "Final Arrangement" Contract with Maryland Memorials for the following: A grave Marker and granite underlay for my Mom, 2 granite underlays for 2 existing graves, and the cleaning of the 2 graves.  I paid a total of $3,958.55 for these goods and services.  The contract stated that the services and products would be installed within 90 days after the death of my Mom.  My Mom died on March 26, 2013.  Between March and September, I was in contact with Mr. Kinsey via phone, text, and email where he would give multiple excuses for not complying with the contract and multiple times advised me he was one or two weeks away from getting the job done.

I loved my Mom very much and his texts and emails telling me he was "on his way" to installing the grave marker and underlays had me on Cloud Nine only to be notified by my sister who lives in Maryland (I live in Florida) that my Mom's grave was bare and nothing had been done.  By September, I was getting this sick sense that Mr. Kinsey seem to enjoy "teasing me."  By the end of September, I was finished and on October 11th, I wrote hime an email (I could no longer get him to answer my phone calls) demanding a full refund of my money.  I waited two weeks and wrote him another email stating I would pursue legal action if he did not contact me and/or fullfill the contract.  Mr. Kinsey never answered my emails.  My sister has gone to the graves regularly and has reported to me that nothing has been done.
