I voted for Gov Hoagan because he said he would do something about wasteful programs like VEIP. It's just another tax that causes citizens hardship. Obviously, he has done nothing to stop this waste of Maryland's resources. While other states that have studied similar programs and ended them because of a lack of effectiveness, Maryland continues to bury it's head in the sand and quietly rake in the taxes. Time for a new elected head that will truly do what's right.
