I was residence at Lancaster Garden Apts which is Mashcole Property Management took over managing around mid-summer 2006. I was residence for almost two months. I was very happy with this residential location which paid my rent month to month for two months. My problem was started when I requested in writing to get my security deposit. It took me four month to track one responsible person in this company to talk about my problem. I called company every day and leave message and no one return my call back. I decided to take this matter to the Lancaster Court to resolve my problem which getting my security deposit back from Mashcole Property Management. After, 100 time call and tracking people down, it took them five month to return some portion of my security deposit. I have been going to court to fill form EJ-001 to put lien on this property management to collecting my rest of money. I'm advice to anyone not deal with this property management company for any reason; they are not honest with people at all.

The tenant's contract was with your company, not with the owner of the property. You, in turn have a seperate contract with the owner of the property which apparently has been violated. That does not give you the right to break your contract with a tenant.

Now that he has a court judgement against your company, he has all possible collection options allowed by state law, such as he could seize money from ANY bank account Mashcole may control, having the sheriff come in and take anything of value out of the office and sell it, or place liens on any properties that Mashcole may own. It would be best to just find some way to pay him before any of that ugly stuff happens.

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

We acted in good faith and planned on refunding all security deposits. The oweber of the property, Jeff Greene, pulled all of his money from our operating account. Therefore, we were unable to refund and monies on his behalf. He is the owner of the property...NOT MASHCOLE...please contact our offce and we will direct you to the correct company to hopefully get the monies you are due

Please understand that we simply the agent for the owner of the building. Unfortunately, the owber did not provide us the funds requested to pay many bills which he directed us to incur. We feel terrible that former tenants and vendors are not getting the monies they are owed. In 20 years in business, we have never encountered this behavior before. If you contact me directly, I can make sure you get the owners information who is the responsible party to pay you.
