I ordered a face mask from this company on May 28th via their web site masketi.com which is no longer available. Via google's cache, I can see that their web site indicated that they are at an address in Charleston SC (63 Market Street #160) which looks like a food market on street view.

Their US based phone number (302-316-5995) is not in South Carolina, it's in Delaware, and when I call it I immediately get a recording that says all customer service agents are busy, please send an email. But they do not provide an email address on the recording.

They do not respond to emails sent to the email on their (now dead) web site: hello@masketi.com

I never received a confirmation email for the sale. I received a tracking number on the site which I no longer have access to. For days, the tracking number said that it was going through a third party partner, then recently it was supposedly transferred to the USPS in Los Angeles, then Carson California. I no longer have the number or the ability to track it because I had the confirmation web page stored on my browser and the web site is now dead.

When I look at my paypal transaction, there are more red flags. The company name is " Z3T UAB." They are not a US-verified seller. Their phone number is in the United Kingdom . I have not dialed it, but I'm guessing it is not an active number or just has a recording attached. Their website is listed as "https://eshopmgt.com" (one placeholder page) and their email as "hello@eshopmgt.com"

I think this is a scam operation, a site designed to sell non-existent masks, haul in unsuspecting US citizens' money from a foreign country, then take the site down and disappear.
