Masma Construction Fraud, deceptive contracting, failure to pay for services, Sub contractors beware San Rafael California
This company hires sub contractors under false pretenses. They instruct a member of their staff to pretend to be a general contractor looking for sub contractors to do work for his customer, when in fact, it's his boss and his bosses house. Then, when the bill is due ( PAST due ) and the sub tried to collect, suddenly they claim to have problems with the repairs.
They are liars and cheats. They have many mechanic's liens and tax liens filed against them in Marin County alone. These people live in multi-million dollar properties that they can't afford and then hire people whom they have no intention of paying.
