I asked before my order was placed whether the gold was ready and in stock. I received a response confirming they had sufficient stock on my server. I waited 5 hours before asking again, and was told it would take another 6 hours, so I waited.

Frustrated, I complained to the "so called" customer service representatives and was told they would check, only to receive no response after 30 minutes. In short I have received a "run around" from this company with services paid and no product revived.

After reading reviews and complaints about this company I heard never to cancel the claim with PayPal, or whichever services you used to pay. They will continue to promise gold and will not deliver. They also use deceptive tactics such as actually delivering fold here and there to maintain their faade. In fact I used them before and recieved prompt delievery of gold.

Also this company does not limit their scams to virtual currency, they also have an array "sub-companies" which have all been reported for scamming consumers. Be smart and do no use this company.
