People please be aware this company is a scam they will do nothing but take your money and after that you will lose your home as a former employee I could'nt take it to hear the phone ring with clients calling saying they sold my house and I want my money back.. Mason Capital Group is getting ritch of people and there best line is dont pay your mortgage while you work with us cause they know you cant pay both, People if you dont pay your mortgage call your lender and save your money dont give it away! once your money has came in the office they put in on a board and the hardship counselors but if you were smart you would know there sales agents get a percenatge of it then after that it goes to the processing department and its a nightmare nobody will call you back regarding your file it may even get lost. You will just end up out of a house and money this is a scam. Key things to rember this is not backed by the Federal Goverment as they say The State of California does not even back them up there LLC is registered in New Mexico so they can just shut down and start all over again if you ask for a refund you will not get it they will jerk you around.. They have been denied business with diffrent merchant accounts due to the fact that they dont issue a refund so clients submit charge backs and merchants only allow so many then they get suspicous of the business themselves.. Please be advised the owner's of this company cant do legit business they have other rip off companys you might want to check out ePAGE LISTINGS- MONEY TREE LISTINGS credit fix it now- all same owners they drive Bentleys, Escallades, Lexus, Vipers, BMW top of the line they recently got a motor home,, And instead of paying your mortgage your paying there bills and making them money they will not help you I hope you listen the economy is bad enough and there trying to get you out of your last dollar. And try speaking to the Manager there Greg Quinn if you have a problem he will not help you he is etheir on drugs are in LALA land point remains this is a scam you will lose your house eventually they take your money and thats it they will jerk you around and you will think Mason Capital Group is Handling your case however the bank has the final say not Mason Capital Group and the bank will fed-ex you a sale date and the only thing you can do is file a bk then that gives you 90 days in your house unless you win the lottery you will be evicted...
if your not late on your mortgage dont sign up with them find a company that will work with you on a basis of being paid after its done and there is no such thing as the lender removing your lates on your credit. It will stay there for 2 years.

I worked there for a very short time. Just to see that yes they are just a "boiler room". They have no real interest in helping people. Just kicking them when they are down. Every one who has put a complaint on RR seems to be true in nature to what I saw in the short time. Fortunately I took no ones money and quit before my morals were compremised. If you read this report just stay away from them. THEY ARE GOING TO BE CHANGING THERE NAME TO AMERICAN FINAINCIAL SERVICES. Something to that nature. This company does not do as they say, they will give you false hopes that they can help you. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! NEXT

I currently work for this company and struggle with the fact that they have no desire to help consumers, but to bring in money. Profitability is fine, but they do not really OFFER a service! They do NOT even follow the laws of the land concerning labor laws, income tax laws, human resource laws......the list goes on.
The fact is, you give them your credit card number and it is charged FAST - the paper is still warm from the fax! HURRY HURRY HURRY! Get that money! If it fails, they jump on it to get it fixed so the money comes it. The salesman who got you to join gets credit for it - will get commission or bonuses based on how many deals they bring in per week. I can say with complete honesty, once they have your money, they are focusing on the next deal NOT on taking care of helping you.
I have less access to the processing area, but I know the employees there are not professional, are poorly paid, and do not seem to have any real estate background.
This is one of MANY companies run by the owners - Money Tree Funding, Nationwide Financial, Quick Cash......there are so many names it takes me forever to know who does what. But all areas look the same - a boiler room and everyone is focused on "getting the deal". Once the deal is signed, they move on. And unfortunately, families are ruined in the process.

They recently emailed me and as I was listening to what the Hardhip Counsleor said, The ex employee is right I was going to sign up with this company and I did my investigation on them and they are not aloud to do what there doing by far. I checked out there website and I called my own lender to ask about them at Country Wide they told me everything has to fall under certain guidlines and That Mason Capital Group is not a Legit Company and they have had several complaints coming from there clients because they sell you something that banks dont allow and the rep also told me that If I dont pay my mortgage I will go into forclusure.
Mason Capital told me this lie that I couldnt get a hold of the modifications department at My Bank and yes People you can and you can get passed Customer Service.. The Hardship Department has been going on with Lenders for years Mason Capital Group did not invent this.. And The same way Mason Capital Group Tells you the bank will come up with a plan you cant't afford .. So will Mason Capital Group come up with a plan you can't afford. I have called the Attorney Generals on this company.. I wouldnt give them a dime even if I found it
