Complaint Review: Mason Cases

Sold me a defective badly manufactured carbon case. I emailed immediately to inform them the case did not cover the edge of the top right of screen like the other edges leaving my screen at risk. This was a brand new case manufactuered poorly. I spoke to agent Emmelys Veliz and she was completely unwilling to return the defective item. She said damaged cases must be replaced not returned even though the case was brand new and it was a manufacturing defect not damage. She stated she didn’t care and wouldn’t allow a return. Filing a chargeback to get my money back from this terrible company.
