Mass Litigation Alliance Michael Moore claiming they can do class action law suite against Chase and are a branch of Kramer and Kaslow- asked for cashiers check upfront and bank information costa mesa, California
Information has not been 100% verified as of yet, I have a few calls into Kramer & Kaslow Law but no returned phone call. I noticed they have a cease and desist for serveral companies that have used their name. Mass Litigation Alliance is clamining they are a branch of Kramer and Kaslow. Their claim is that you will be entered in a Class Action Law suite against J.P. Morgan chase for $5,000. Oddly enough they asked for a cashiers check up front and a post dated check, witch I thought was odd. has some one done any dealings with mass litigation alliance or a Michael Moore??

Whoever wrote this post unfortunatley is completely off base. Kramer and Kaslow's website states nothing about a class action law suit so I am not sure where the person who wrote this is getting there info from?
I am a client who is looking into joining this case because of a negative amortization loan I received from B of A and being a first year law student I can tell you I have researched it from every way possible. The suit is filed in the LA Superior Court, There are hundreds of plaintiffs and after speaking to someone at one of their branches I was told quite directly they were not the attorney and they couldn't advise me legally or form a legal opinion to comply with the guidelines of their firm. Now I don't work for O'Melvney and Myers but I was at least comforted that these people were not trying to lie to me or act like they were an attorney when they weren't.
I understand people are hesitant about paying money but from the other side of the aisle I realize that depositions, research, paralegals, interrogatories, paper and pens all cost money. I have been through a divorce and my attorney charged me a retainer. I have hired an attorney to represent me in a civil case and I had to pay a retainer so I understand that these legal services cost money.
I haven't spoken to Mike Moore or whoever but I can tell you that my experience with the representatives at the branch I have spoken to has been straightforward with no over promising. They took my call, went through a detailed interview, called me back in 48 hours informed me they would take my case and then requested a retainer to begin working on my case. If anyone has a problem with that then they probably should never hire an attorney.

If you have not verified the information why would you take the time to publicly bash any individual(s). As far as I am concerned this is defamation of character and should be dealt with appropriately. Disclaimer or not, This is just wrong.
1. Go to State Bar to verify Kramer's Address www.kramer-kaslow.com
2. It indicates that that Mass Litigation Alliance, Matt Davis are approved intake centers
3. Go to www.masslitalliance.com, review their contact us page (look for address)
It also indicates that there are offices in surrounding counties.
4. Go to www.litigation-alliance.com, contact us page shows the same address as www.masslitalliance.com , with an approved branch office that you have posted above.
5. I am a current plaintiff in this case, my foreclosure date has been removed indefinitely.
6. You can find the case on www.litigation-alliance.com filed on Feb 16th.

I called Kaslow -Kramer Law in the 818 area code- they stated they do not have any branches. If you look at their sight, many companies use their name, including this one. I did state I'm not 100% percent confirmed only because I did not want to risk $5,000, would you? Have you done business with this firm, can you attest to their work? If so, feel free to email me directly and I will retract my initial posting.(((Redacted)))

First off, this is not a class action lawsuit. It is a Mass Joinder suit. It is real and this lawsuit will help a lot of people. This gentlemen is doing his best to help home owners fight the banks. People hire attorneys to help them with their modifications, and when the banks refuse to modify the go around saying they got scamed. So everyone out there has a bad image of this business. This lawsuit is not modification, and it is not a class action suit, but it is a lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles superior court with a real case number. This person does not know what they are talking about. I have a family member that had great results from this lawsuit and this person, Michael Moore works from his heart and really cares about people. This person should get it right before they durty someones name. You have done the wrong thing here!!!
