My sales rep., Michael Bernhard assured me that if I was not satisfied within 30 days my money would be refunded.

I called and emailed more than once every day during the first 30 days but my calls were not returned and emails were not replied to, for the first 2 weeks. 

During the last 2 weeks of the 30 day period I was given a user name and password to part of their mailing system however, there was no way to upload or download data to start mailing.

Mike Bernhard finally uploaded some of the data for me in the last 2 weeks but at the rate that took 2 weeks to upload. 

There were still several technical problems preventing me to start mailing.

On the 29th day I demanded a refund but Mike said, “the 30 days period ended yesterday”. Mike also said the 30 days started when I contracted with them.

It has been 3 months now and still no refund and the systems still doesn’t work.

I also requested a W9 right after they withdrew $2488 out of my checking account December 31, 2014 but I still have not received a W9. 

I have not received my contract either that Mike promised would state my 30 day money back guarantee.

I went through this same scenario with Albert Siciliano a year ago which is why the 30 day money back guarantee is so important to me.

Normally I would not let the same company scam me a 2nd time but Albert told me those problems were fixed now and Mike assured me I would get my money back if I was not satisfied within 30 days.

In the last 2 weeks Mike says he is not my rep. anymore and to contact the owner, Patrick Thomas.  I have contacted him several times but he has never responded.
