Mass Spectrum Botanicals Dann Jarvis Ordered in Nov 2014 and received nothing Tampa Florida
We placed an order for 4 items on his website and was promptly charged via PayPal. We got a receipt for the purchase and waited. All communication attempts with Dann Jarvis or hsi company went unanswered. BBB could also not get a response.
The only response I got from him was when I asked about a new order for a current item. That e-mail came in less than an hour. No response back on why we do not have what we ordered or why he will not refund us for our purchase.
Other people have reported the same treatment and have been scammed out of money by this company.
