Complaint Review: Massage Business Dashboard-Todd Brown

Todd Brown and his company Massage Business Dashboard took my money and would not return a refund. I did a 30 day trail with Massage Business Dashboard and in the first 3 days they took $87.00 from my account. Before the 30 days were up, they took another $87.00 from my account. I tried to cancell my account before the 30 days were up and they would not cancell it. I called my bank and told them what had happened and the bank called them and they finally cancelled the account.

My subscription is still active and they have not cancelled that. I tried many times with e-mails and phone calls to get my money back and they have not refunded my money. I am still getting e-mails saying that people are viewing my website and requesting information. I e-mailed them and asked why is my account still active. No Reply. To this day 1-29-09 I am still receiving e-mails from Massage Business Dashboard as though I was still an active customer.

If this is the way that Todd Brown does business then people stay away. The way the economy is you don't need to have your money taken from you and not have it refund it if you are not happy with the services.

Stay away from Todd Brown and Massage Business Dashboard they are very unprofessional. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! BAD BUSINESS MAN!
